Branded as ******* in Pick n Pay

On 21 Oct my wife and I informed a PnP manager that we needed to draw cash.Another lady with brown apron (Dora?) was standing at the next till and immediately began shouting that we are drawing R4000.We went to a till to draw R3000 and R1000 from another.I wanted to return an old R200 note that we received.Dora was now by us and making a loud noise repeating the amount. The cashier became very confused as Dora kept shouting at her, checking her till etc.She gave us another old R200 note and we did not want to accept it. She changed it.Dora took the other note away and shouted that she would get into trouble. She also said that they had been ****** in a similar fashion thereby branding us as *******.We drew R5000 the previous week with no hassles but because she kept interfering It not only placed us at risk of being ****** but also created a huge scene as if we were trying to rob PnP of R200.The supervisor then instructed us that in future we must only draw R1000 at any till - is this PnP policy? To top it off the airtime that we bought expired the same day and we were unable to use it - how can PnP sell airtime that expires immediately?
