Brand Match Voucher

I went to the Family store brackenfell and had a purchase of R908 and wanted to use 3 of my brand match vouches which expires today. I handed to the cashier and she said only 1 at a time. I then said void 3 items and redo the 3 items separately. She rang her bell the supervisor took another 5 minutes before responding and also said 1 voucher per time. She then made packer unpack my stuff and she voided the entire transaction! Which had to be all redone again. I left the store without buying nothing. Another thing a person in front of me wanted to draw R4000 and the cashier did not have enough money in her till. Had to wait again for the supervisor. Maybe when people draw money make a limit as this is very fustrating as well when you need to wait for the cashier to get more money. And the person did not even purchase anything. Don't think this store will see me again. A year ago the customer care supervisors always stood in front with there red jackets since they not there the service has dropped majorly!!!
