Brand match coupon is not worth the paper it is printed on
Last week I tried to use my brand match coupon only to told the system is offline despite the fact my coupon was about to expire. Imagine my surprise when I did my shopping today to be told the same thing. The supervisor told me that they cannot manually override the system as they would be short when the cash up. So the customer is being ****** to ensure Pick 'n Pay balances their tills
