Branch Manager removes Service dog and Owner

I have been forcefully removed by the branch manager and Security. I have informed the branch manager that it is a fully licensed service dog trained by the South African Guide Dogs Association for the blind [URL Removed] and that it is allowed by law and provisions have been made in the health act for guide and assistance dogs. But there was no exception and the centre management of the shopping centre have disagreed with PnP. <br> <br> I require a letter to grant access to all Guide and Service dog owners to your stores country wide without any drama or difficulty. I am tired of the humiliation everytime we go to a new store. <br> <br> If this report does not get a positive rating when closed I will apply to sue in the Equality Court of South Africa for ************** of access against the blind and disabled. I will also start and fund a boycott against using your stores and brand on all websites I run and word of mouth.
