Brackenfell Hyper

I bought a laptop on Friday 22.03.2019 I came to return it on 25.03.2019. The refund clerk spoke to a manager called Mandy. I was told that they will only refund me if I return the stamps, which I did not even take because I told the cashier on the day of purchase I don't do stamps.

She checked with there control room footage,and the said they said that took stamps I then got angry and took the phone from the lady trying to help and told Mandy to get her ass downstairs. She eventually came and still said I took the stamp.I was angry and swore,and requested to see the branch manager,) I then asked my partner did I take stamps and he also said no.Her story slowly started changing(not if it was because my partner was white or I wanted to see the branch manager) and her control room to check again. There refunded me eventually and she took my number and said she will call back,whick she did and apologized. Eventually sort but had to go through such drama and anger.
