Brackenfell

Beware of Pick n Pay Brackenfell. I have had so many bad experiences with that store, it's blows my mind, why I didn't do this earlier. Customer Service, they don't allow their consultants to speak to me. No, they put you on hold, speak to their supervisor, and then just relay messages. You can't even get the supervisor's name and surname. Outdated wine, they just replace orders without consulting you, and now, the last straw, moulded lemon poppy seed ****ins. Please be careful. I tip, pay delivery fees, and then I get this sort of service? Floor manager, staff, they don't care about customers. Customer service don't exist. Imagine what fresh produce we digest from PnP Brackenfell???
