BP & PnP smart shopper Promotion disappointments!!!

PNP & BP are running this promotion that if you fill up you receive smart shopper points.

Well i go 2 km out of my way to go fill up at a BP and 2 out of 3 times I have had issues where my points could not be processed.

I sat for 45 minutes yesterday waiting for the points transaction to go through and it didn't.

how do you run a promotion and it does not work????

Take note it is not area related as i went to Edenvale and to Alberton

I want my points!!!
