BP / PNP Collectable CAR Promotion - Ya Right !!!!!

PNP is running a promotion with BP for collectable cars. Put in 4 tanks of fuel and you redeem a collectable car. After 6 tanks of fuel and a sms promising one (for a little boy who is looking forward to it). BP tells me it a Smart SHopper PNP promotion and when you call PNP they tell you its a BP promotion. After 3 weeks of escalating to get a "unique" code, Still nothing.

Poor Promotion BP / PnP... Dont make promised to kids that you cannot keep.. They are your future customers.... I will not go home and tell him that he cant get it....
