BP Pic n Pay Express Libradene bad service

I am a delivery guy, on Tuesday the 6th of August I went to BP Pick n Pay Express Libradene to collect the customer order. I was assisted by a very rude CEBISILE who gave me a slip to sign but did not give me a pen, I told her that I do not have a pen therefore I am unable to sign she insisted on me signing even though I did not have a pen.

She then asked me to go back to the car a get my car keys so that I can use then to sign as every at their shop use car keys to sign. As I was leaving she kept on talking rudely which triggered my temper and I shouted that why must I sign with the.car key, she said it's not her responsibility and not her work to have a pen I should have brought one.

Another woman who didn't introduce herself interjected our argument and told me I must not shout. I was angry so I have all right to shout. Very bad service.
