BP GARAGE EXPIRED PIES

My mother bought a pie at BP Chris Hani. It made her so sick, so much that we rushed to the doctor. When we checked the date, it was dated the 3rd of August but what surprised us is that she was at the garage on the 2nd of August. The Pie was purchased between 18h00 and 19h00, probably the pie had reached its sell-by date, so they repacked it, changed the date for the following day. Unfortunately for them we purchased that night. Our mistake was not checking the date when purchasing but that doesn't excuse what they did. My mother was diagnosed with food poisoning and that is deadly. Bp has promised to get back to us but nothing to date
