Bought savvana that we off taste sour

Pick 'n pay liquor store mnandi lit in Tshepisong,

I bought Six pack of Savanna Ciders at the liquor it was on the 31st of December 2021...the Savanna were not for me but my girlfriend, we she pinned her first Savanna it tasted odd the taste was sour we then opened the second Savanna the taste was still the same, mind you I don't drink Savanna but had to taste it to second her...we then returned them to the store on the 1st of Jan 2022 at 10:30 the level of disrespect we received from their employee was out of hand ,the guy told us that us that swapped the beers before even calling his manager ,unfortunately the store Manger was off,the assistant manager on duty that time was a lady . She was helpful and she understood my concerns why we returned the Savannas we wanted 6 pack to be returned be cause the 2 that was opened was off taste...

She then called the her Manger 'Bongani' who was off duty at the that time, so we had a telephonic discussion with him I told him everything that happened, he then told me that am not reasonable and that I should come back on Monday

As a customer I was supposed to have returned home with that six pack we don't even ask for a refund all that we were asking for was for them to give us something else instead we ended up leaving without nothing as a matter off fact the savvanas that we bought we left them at the store

Bongani can not tell us that he will exchange 4 Savannas we demand 6 Savannas even though the other 2 Savannas was consumed we still demand a full exchange of what we bought...she did not even drink those ciders we returned then to the store as so they can taste for themselves but they refused

I have taken a video of the assistant store manager and Sku's units of the Savannas and yes we had a proof of purchase with us
