Bought goods and not in the plastic

I went to pick n pay in Strand street ,Cape Town city centre. I did my shopping as usual and when i was paying my goods at the counter,the lady by the name of Shireen Heuwel requested her friend to assist to remove the Coupon Voucher on the spray,she did that but the problem is she didn't put back the item to the plastic bag.I had to go back the following day to fetch that spray. firstly I'm not staying in around there,I have to use my own transport again in order for me to fetch that. the cashiers at that pick n pay are so play full,if someone is not playing with the cellphone,she is doing something that will annoy you. this kind of behavior is not acceptable. please assist.
