Bought an off Chicken bird

Iam a fan of all Pick n Pays,VR mall my favourite. Was disappointed yesterday l bought a off full bird chicken,clearly it shows the VR mall butchery standards are deteriorating,it wasnt the first time it happened bt l decided to let it go due the love l have for my VR mall. The staff ,other department like bakery its awesome,the packersthey are great.Even the butchery staff they are fantastic bt yesterday(8.2.2022) l got the shock. It might me be the way it was transported bt the person who received it should have picked it up ,the temperature of perishable. One more think lam a customer who like to buy my meat in bulk and to my suprise was told l must pick from the fridges,how can l pick 350r/400r meat in the fridge,its possible yes bt what happened to customer care. I will still continue supporting my VR mall bt the butchery side l think l will have to verify thoroughly before l purchase. Mapule already called and am happy for the feedback bt few thinks which l mention need to be resolved..Remember there are those customers who wont complain and they will spread the bad news.
