Bought a TV not working

I am now at a point where I don't believe in shopping at Pick n Pay anymore.Pick n Pay policies are really not really honoured.I complaint of pies bought at Pick n Pay waterfront nothing happened.I complaint about Ottery Hypermarket where the security pushed my sister. Luis said he did call me and expected me to return his call. Then I had another complaint where we bought a TV for R4000.00.When we got home the TV was faulty. We spoke to the salesman Se**** he just said we can have a refund and there is nothing he can do as it is a end of range stock. He then spoke to Luis who has no empathy and said unfortunately we as the customer is at lost as he will not take the lost for the faulty TV.I shop regularly at Ottery Hypermarket and usually at night.I told Luis about a week ago about the dark parking area he just said it's not PnP problem but I am a customer of PnP and not of the centre. No empathy or sympathy this man has for his customers.Pls I need someone from Head Office to speak to and not these heartless Managers from Hyper Ottery.
