Bought a raw apple crumble

i purchased a apple crumble which was raw on the inside i called the Century City store no one answered the phone. Then called customer service they did call the store but did not call me back to see if my problem was resolved. have still not heard from customer service. Got to the store the unhelpful manager and bakery staff gave me the run around but did not resolve the problem. i proceeded to buy some items the basket i used had jik fall out in and had to leave all my groceries. very poor service at Pick n Pay Century City
