Bottlesapp grocery delivery

For anyone who wants to use Bottlesapp for the grocery service during the lockdown, DO NOT DO IT!!

They short deliver orders, and their drivers do not bring invoices upon delivery. The app says in the event of no stock, you will be credited.

However, after the transaction cleared through my credit card a couple of days later. I noticed the amount didn't change.

The drivers do not bring the invoices so there is no way that you can verify your order.

I was short delivered on 14 April order no 332277 And again today with order no 350440 - 25 April (these 2 orders totalled R935.8, my short deliveries totalled R269.87 roughly a 1/3)

I contacted *** for both short deliveries and I still haven't been credited for the order on the 14th of April (ticket no 37420)
