Bottles up are useless and steel your money!!

I was directed to the bottles app from the Pick n Pay website, I placed an order on the bottles app. After paying the full amount I received a notification that some items I ordered and pay for were not in stock and that they will refund me for the outstanding amount. It's been 4 weeks and no refund what so ever. They don't respond to my quiries on the app. They are totally useless and steel your money.
