Bottles refund taking extremely long

I've ordered from Bottles a few times and most of the time I haven't received everything I ordered and have had to be refunded. I will be honest though and give them their props for super fast delivery.

The main problem I have is that I have been waiting nearly 4 months for a refund of R216. The refund to my Tyme account failed, which is something I think Tyme Bank needs to work on because it's not the first time I experienced issues with their card. Bottles then sent me an email requesting my banking details, which I sent. I followed up with them a few times after this and they indicated the refund would be processed in 3 - 14 days. A few weeks further down the line i did another follow up and they requested confirmation of bank account, which I sent. After another follow up they requested I complete and sign a refund application form, which I did and sent. After more follow ups and sending these through 4 times, I still haven't received a refund. What a ridiculous process and a very long time to wait for a refund as a result of a system and process that doesn't work properly.
