Bottles PNP is unprofessional & unreliable

Horrible experience using Bottles by PNP. I ordered groceries whilst being in isolation. About a quarter of what I actually ordered was delivered that day and the rest of it was delivered the next afternoon after phoning many times and sending emails begging for things I paid for. Half of the phone calls were unanswered.

All they said was sorry. If you want your groceries delivered the same day. Rather use Checkers 60. Bottles PNP is unprofessional & unreliable.
