BOTTLES (PNP ASAP) IS ********** . DONT SHOP

I purchased goods on pnp asap (bottles ) on 25.08.2021 and they took forever to deliver. I eventually cancelled the order and requested a refund. They promised a refund within 7 days but up to now i haven't received anything. I have reported them to FNB as a ********** merchant . I have contacted numerous times and its always a different excuse. The funds were not banked on their side and haven't cleared on my account. I need my money today. Don't waste your money shopping on this app.
