Bottles (Pick 'n Pay) non delivery

Since the lockdown I have been trying to get onto the Bottles App of Pick 'n Pay. Just to find that they do not service my area that being Ottery. If you are fami**** with the area it is between SAB and Wetton Circle. Basically 1.5mins drive from The Ottery Hypermarket. Deliveries are only executed in the more affluent areas, like Claremont, Rondebosch etc. If Pick 'n Pay is so serious about quelling the spread of Covid 19, why not extend to other areas or is this only again catering for the elite few?
