Bottles doesn't communicate!

It's lockdown and Bottles has partnered with PnP to deliver groceries. I had to make contact after the delivery and it's been a week but I still don't have any resolution.

Toilet paper and Cal-C-Vita is out of stock at PNP according to the driver. Also, several eggs were delivered cracked and leaking into the packaging and he advised me to contact you for a solution. Please see photos attached.

Could this be rectified as a matter of urgency? I have not opened the packaging yet.
