Bottles/ ASAP app utter nonsense

The bottles/asap app is an absolute cluster F***. I placed orders over the weekend that were not fulfilled correctly due to no stock however full payment was taken. Their substitution function for out of stock items does not allow you to add more than 1 item/quantity when they realise they don't have stock for whatever you initially ordered and automatically defaults to 1 of that item then rushes to a "Refund" in a blink of an eye... A REFUND I STILL DONT HAVE!!!!!! This app is not well built and has a lot of flaws. Do not debit people until the ****** store has confirmed stock availability!!!!!!!
