BOTTLES (ASAP) APP IS TRASH

I'm never ordering through Bottles (ASAP) ever again. I placed my order at 10am this morning. It is now 3 pm and the delivery time has changes three times from 12 to 3 and now 4pm, but there is still no movement on the progress of my order as it still says "Order Received". That means not a single person has even looked at my order A WHOLE 5 HOURS FROM THE TIME I PLACED MY ORDER. Of course the app won't allow me to chat with customer service, so it's made it 10x harder to get any assistance on this. Still no response to my email to support. If I don't get my order by 4pm today then I just want a refund so I can go spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

This has been a disgustine experience to be honest. I'll be shopping with Checkers from now on :)

"The matter has been escalated to the management team for further investigation." Nothing in this response is giving me any solutions. You haven't called me, and you haven't called the store that is handling my order to find out 1) what the delay is 2) what the current status of my order is and 3) when my order will be delivered.

I'm calling my bank to reverse this transaction.

My review still stands!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! They DO NOT deliver at the time they say they will. They don’t even deliver on the same ****ing day! On top of that, nobody even has the presence of mind to contact you to communicate any delays. And of course you can’t contact anyone through the app because the chat function doesn’t work. WhatsApp is the same. I was forced to drive to the store that was handling my order, only to find that they hadn’t even STARTED packing my things. All I found was an empty paper bag with my order number on it while all the staff are having a fat chat.
This app is a COMPLETE AND TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! Rather spend your money with Checkers on their Sixty60 App. Unlike PnP, they understand how this thing works.
