Bottles App, worst service ever!

After supporting them since they started, very very disappointing service lately, PnP should relook being associated with this app! 22 Dec never received an order of over R700 which I struggled for more than a month to be refunded!! You cant call and only mail the support email address, of which then people mailed me and called me and promised refund was processed just to then have to follow up with them again! Shocking, wish I could give less than Zero star rating!
