Bottles App won't refund my money for items not received

Bottles app have partnered with pick n pay during lockdown to deliver groceries. I do not recommend using this option, you will not receive your refund for items out of stock, I've been waiting for a month almost, I recommend the checkers 60s app, it's free delivery number 1 and they update you live about items that are out of stock, you can either accept a replacement or get a refund for those out of stock items. I will never get my money from the bottles app but as long as I can save a few people from making the mistakes I made.
