Bottles app very unreliable

There is a very big problem in that you are regularly dissapointing your East London customers quite badly despite this app being still relatively new for groceries. They are complaining on the ladies groups and I should have listened cause you are now dissapointing me too this evening and I needed my groceries. There is an apparent driver problem every time. You are unfortunately very unreliable. Order #854803 (24 March 2021)
