Bottles App the Worst

first time I used the app I had a great experience, second time was the worst. Ordered an item only to find out after paying that it's out of stock - ruined my planned dessert. Then the driver **** about being at my house, I had to call the call centre to get them to tell the guy to come back & now I must follow up on my refund and make calls!! The money was taken immediately and yet now I must wait 7 working days for a refund?
