Bottles App Terrible Service

This is a really terrible service. First problem - missing items. There is ALWAYS stuff missing from my order. Ive ordered through the PnP website and its way more reliable than this app. Second problem - terrible service. Even when you let them know there is stuff missing, they will either claim outright that you didnt order them (even though its on your invoice) or just half ignore you as you try and get assistance with the missing stuff. Third Problem - Refunds. This is massively delayed and like they hope you will forget to claim it. Example, I ordered stuff on the 3rd and was missing things, reported the problem on the 3rd, the 4th they let me know they will refund me. After sending email upon email, its the 13th, and they only now tell me the refund has been processed. Still havent received it, its still outstanding. This is a horrible service and app. Please do not waste your time, you have better luck not getting fooled by driving to the store or using other apps.
