Bottles app taking money and not delivering products

I'm absolutely displeased in the service received. In fact I'm publicly stating you are *******. Taking people's money and falsifying deliveries. This group owes myself and my partner R1200 in total over 2 transactions. The ***** is sickening to say the least. Worst of all there are no numbers to contact them, you can only message on the app or email whereby you receive zero response. I will post this everyday and everywhere until I am reimbursed, if not this matter will escalate. This is not how a credible service provider operates!
