Bottles App - Shocking service!!!

I was directed to the bottles app from the Pick n Pay website, I placed an order on the bottles app. The items that were delivered were damaged and torn and in a really bad condition. The McCain frozen chips bad was ripped. I didn’t receive my receipt for the order. And I was charged for items that were not even delivered. When I called the bottles call Centre to log a complaint, they hung up on me and stop answering my calls. The items are in a bad condition and I am not prepared to eat damaged/torn food. They have literally ****** my money and I spent quite a bit!
