Bottles App rip-off!

As my husband and I are both over 70 and have health issues, we were happy to hear of the Bottles App delivering a limited grocery selection from Pick n Pay during lockdown. Everything went smoothly until delivery. Three items were not delivered and despite sending them three emails on their app, have had no refund or any communication whatsoever from them. In my last email, I said that I would be taking this further...still no reply. I know these are desperate times but this is dishonest! I feel sad that I put their ad on our family group and my son used them to send groceries to a family member in a retirement village and shockingly, the same thing happened to them...but many more items were not delivered and he has also not had a refund. Don’t use them! You will regret it!
