Bottles app refund due
I bought on Bottles app (now Pick n Pay asap) on 8 June. Item was out of stock and substitute as well. I have been trying to get my refund since then. This is not the first time this has happened. Cannot get hold of them. If you do an online request you get a message that a ticket has been opened and someone will be in touch then just after that you get a mail that it has been resolved. Big joke. They say they have tried three times but the bank failed it. The bank has asked for proof of the failed payment and I have requested this but nothing forthcoming. I finally got hold of Vuyo yesterday and he promised someone would be in touch before the end of the day. Another farce. They requested my bank details and that I fill in a request for refund form which I have twice sent through. It has cost me more in phone calls than the refund is worth. Not to mention all the time I have spent following this up. I think this is totally disgusting and obviously I will never order online again and am hesitant about supporting Pick n Pay if this is how they treat their customers.
