Bottles App poor service

The last 3 times I've given this service a try have been disappointing. On each occasion there were items missing and some of these were charged for. Also, Bottles claims to look for substitutions but not once have I received something similar for a missing item. To have this many items missing I really could have just gone shopping myself and saved the fee I've paid Bottles for this service.

We won't use Bottles again and I definitely won't be recommending this service to any of my friends or family members.
