Bottles app & pnp are robbing people

I ordered groceries yesterday and was told it will be delivered same day, I paid in full for my groceries which was over R1000 and until today I received no groceries no feedback from Bottles. I've tried contacting then via telephone and email, with no response.

I can't believe that pick n pay such a huge retailer would use this app to rob people. I will take the matter further, how can we be ****** for our own money... My word!
