Bottles App - Order nor delivered but charged!!!

I placed an order and it said the driver was on his way. 36 min layer it said the oder was delivered however this wasn't the case. I have been left without my order, out of pocket and an automated response from the support team. I would like an apology as well as a refund of the purchase I made. The service I received was absolutely horriffic and you can't reach anyone on any of the support channels, like speaking to a brick wall.
