Bottles App is USELESS! DO NOT USE

My order was short delivered to the value of R 743.00. I have yet to receive my refund for the out of stock items or the short delivered items. This all took place on the 5th of February. I was first told my refund would take between 4 -7 working days and then on the 10th I was told 5 - 10 days. It has now been a month of back and forth excuses and being referred from one customer services agent to another. I would like to know what kind of recourse a consumer has against these online apps. Worst decision I could have made was to use this app
