Bottles App is the absolute worst

Ordered from the Bottles App this morning and delivery only took place hours later and only half the order was delivered. The delivery guy said someone else would bring the rest of the order. Called customer service and was accused of lying about the missing items. They said they'd call back but haven't. I've been reading through the other reviews and this seems like a definite ****??
