Bottles App from Pick and Pay

If I could possibly rate the bottles app from Pick and Pay with a 0, I would. I placed an order at 7 this morning, to be delivered at 9. It’s 13:00 and they cannot explain to me where the items are. I requested a refund and lucky me, I should receive one within the next 7 days!!!!! I would not recommend use of the App as they lack the ability to immediately resolve your queries and it continuously freezes.
