Bottles app

I made a order on the bottles app on the 28/11/2020 at 5:52pm and my order was never delivered so from Monday 30/11/2020 called in over 10 times (either call gets dropped or no answer ) and kept going in circles finally got a call back to say they will be refunding my money and will take 3-5 working days. On Monday not to my surprise I never got my refund so called in and was told I need to contact via the app , but the best part is when you send a email via the app no one gets in contact with you just a a reply to say my issue has been resolved, this is the worst app I’ve ever had to order on and the customer service is shocking and I know the standard as I work in a call center, will never recommend this app to anyone
