Bottles app and service disappointment😡😡

It was my 1st time ordering and ordered chicken, transaction went through and confirmation of order and expected delivery time notified to me. At expected delivery time order was cancelled due to out of stock!! Delivery fee not refunded, and refund to be effective 7-10 days after!! What an inconvenience and ******* of my amount!! Not impressed and will never use it again Disappointed as that was my last money and needed meat!😡😡
