Bottles App and Pick n Pay Terrible Service

Good day

I placed an order on the 6th April 2021 at 10 am via Bottles App I was told delivery would be at 12 am then later to 2 pm then later to 5pm. still no delievery no contact number for manager and no accountability. Offered a refund that will only clear in 3 days. I am leaving to go on holiday tomorrow .
