Bottles App-always no stock of many items and v low to refund

I have used Bottles several times-EVERY time there have been out of stock items AND the replacement items ALSO out of stock.Today out of 10 items I ordered I received only 5 but that includes ANOTHER 5 options for the missing items ALSO out of stock! Last time I ordered I received-and was charged for-BOTH the original items AND the optional replacement items.On a previous order I was short delivered a 200 buck item and until I *****ed nothing was done and I only got a refund after a week.After a written complaint today re the repeated lack of stock-despite the app having on out of stock option-Pick n Pay was flippantly blamed as the local store is apparently small.I was told I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days.This on a continuous basis with 1000s of clients is tantamount to ********** rolling of money.STAY WELL AWAY FROM BOTTLES!!The drivers are fantastic but that doesn't help.
