BOTTLES APP Today I have made a decision to just delete the bottles App because truly, this is the worst delivery App on the market.

- The search function is so limited, one often has to scroll through to find product. - the delivery timelines are terrible. you wait a few hours only for the time to be pushed out. at one time, it was pushed out from 16:00, to 18:00, to 20:00, to 21:00 and eventually order cancelled. - the system often cancels orders after acceptance, no explanation whatsoever. - Call center team takes hours to reply...when they reply, useless fedback

and now today on this order, they don't have stock of what I want, I asked to cancel, and I'm told sorry , NO WE CANT - we will just give you a substitute????

I don't want a substitute. i never asked or chose a substitute??

I'm beyond livid!

CHECKERS, UBER, MR DELIVERY are miles ahead of this App service.
