Bottels App - short delivery of goods paid for

After delivering the order more than a hour later than the communicated time slot it was discovered that none of my frozen good were included in the delivery (these are items confirmed available and invoiced accordingly). Thereby short delivering by R528.91

I tried communicating via the chat function to no avail. I also called the call center and spoke to a “Monique” who said this is not uncommon for frozen goods to be before gotten and would investigate and call me back to discuss within 10-15 min...... I am still waiting....

They don’t answer any calls after 16:00.
