Both the keys and plot have been lost

Every time I visit the PnP in neighbouring Plett I am reminded of the marked differences between the two stores. Plett: Spotless, stocked shelves, friendly & attentive staff. Knysna: Dirty, filthy & broken baskets and trolleys, loads of bare shelves any time of the day, apathetic staff or staff that are otherwise engaged in personal conversations at top volume while ringing up your purchases. The staff at the cigarette kiosk now have a new trick up their sleeve: the missing key. Twice this past month I had to wait for a mystery person to locate the key to the storeroom. Today, after ten minutes and with no apology forthcoming from the one staff member of duty, and, more importantly, no supervisor or manager, to be seen, I gave up and took my business elsewhere. Where it will stay from now on.<br>
