BOTCHED REFUND!! Where is my money?!

I brought in sneakers that are too small for me on the 28th December 2025 and asked for a refund. The sneakers had been bought with PayJustNow and I have done refunds in the past but the cashier looked uneasy and clearly didn’t know how to process it. She tried to dissuade me by saying that it will take 7 business days but I said I have no use for small sizes. Finally, I insisted and I heard her tell the manager she doesn’t know how. The manager herself didn’t know how and I had to stand there while they WhatsApp’d someone for help. Finally they started busy doing things on the computer, took my number and said it will take 7 business days. I went back the next week to see if everything was alright and they checked their emails and said its still processing. Its been 10 business days now, two weeks!! Its clear that the store messed up my refund. Where is my money?!!!!

I gave my contact number to the store the first time and the second time I was there, I double checked that they still had it. They know exactly how to contact me but NO ONE at that store is taking responsibility for messing up my refund so they all just ignore it until you stand in store and perform! Its quick for you to take money but you can’t give it back! No one has contacted me and no one is going to because you hire *********** staff!!! They are not trained at Soneike Pick n Pay Clothing. I had to stand there and wait while they listen to Whatsapp voice notes because they did not know how to do it! Pathetic.
