Boston Branch gives PnP a bad name!
PnP Boston – What a Disgrace!!
I have decided, after many bad experiences, that I have had enough! This Pick n Pay in Boston, Bellville, is such an inconvenience! In the past, we have had staff laugh in our faces when we were looking for products. Whenever you are looking for something, it is just not there. The parking is an absolute nightmare!
Yesterday when I went in to the store, we wanted to buy hotdog rolls and PnP brand Chicken Vienna’s. The price on the tag was R25.99 for the pack of Vienna’s. When we got to the till, the lady scanned the bar code, and the price was R53.99. When I asked her about this, she sent another staff member to go and check, and he couldn’t find the price on the product. I asked her if the fact that he can’t see the price, makes it right to charge me R53 for this packet, and her response was “Yes it makes it right” ??? Again, when we walked away, we had staff members laughing at us!!
We will never go back to this PnP, as we will much rather spend our money at the OK Foods around the corner. This Boston store is a disgrace to the PnP brand!
