bored anf frustrated by Pnp bakery

pick n pay is now losing it.... the cake is stale....it's difficult to contact the branch....customer service demands lots before they can refund...all this is costly. coz i just my refund from pnp killarney for their stale cake. the embarrassment they put me through is on another level
