Bone to pick with PnP.

On Sunday the 8th of July my husband and I went to our local Pick n Pay for our grocery shopping. I was very happy to see the checkout points was not busy, as there was enough pay point open for the number of clients.

I was however very disappointed to see the lack of prices on the fresh produce again. The "new" item of PnP stir-fry had no price, the Oranges was placed in the incorrectly marked bin/holder, and the baby papaya prices was placed on the incorrect place.

My main disappointment was when the butchery (lady) said that they don’t have any thin sausage. Her excuse was: "We made a lot yesterday and it is all sold out". How does Pick n Pay track sales and make their sales forecasts, that they don't have thin sausage in South Africa on a Sunday????

We proceeded to buy the thick sausage, which we do not like, due to the toughness of the membrane, but what choice did PnP leave us? During our meal, my husband found a bone in his sausage and damaged his tooth. This is so disappointing and not the standard of PnP products we came to know.

We would like PnP to reimburse us for the poor-quality sausage and my husband's dentist appointments, due to this incident.
